Pets in Residence brings private pet concierge service to select luxury apartment communities. By keeping our service area small & our client list exclusive, we are able to offer the most personalized pet care available.

Born out of a need to find great services for our own pets and a belief that quality over quantity has always made good sense.

Our mission includes both safety and community.  We are bonded and fully insured and use top-of-the-line technology to keep pets safe. Most importantly, our staff of trained & caring people are the heart of our operation.

We are a small, inclusive, diverse women-owned business. We pay a living wage to all of our employees, and offer both healthcare and 401k, along with profit-sharing to ensure our staff have the resources to continue to provide world-class service for your pet.

Combined we have over 45 years of experience in the pet industry and offer a variety of services that focus on convenience, communication,  professionalism, and safety within each community we serve.

Spa Services include peticures, baths and blowouts, haircuts, and styling - from a full professional groom to a nail care trim. Spa services are provided in the convenient on-site grooming salon of the buildings we service. Pick-up and drop-off are always included which means no waiting in crates. (Yay!) For our clients that do not live in a community that offers Pet Spa amenities, Pets in Residence will see clients on a case-by-case basis at our home location.
